Introduction

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures and guidelines adopted by Transaction Cloud Inc. (“Company”) to respond to claims of copyright infringement in compliance with the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512. The Company is dedicated to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and content contributors to do the same.

Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website or services in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you must provide a written notification of claimed infringement to our designated Copyright Agent.

To file a DMCA notice, please include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including the specific location (e.g., URL) where the work is located on our website.

  3. Sufficient information to allow us to contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of claimed infringement or their agent.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyrights@transaction.cloud.

To file a DMCA counter-notification, please include the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the specific location (e.g., URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of claimed infringement or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

The Company may, in its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

This DMCA Policy may be updated or modified from time to time, and any changes will be reflected on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
