1. What is an Authorized Reseller?

From the legal point of view, an authorized reseller is responsible for the collection and payment of VAT, GST, or Sales Tax to the appropriate government agency.

One of the key benefits of partnering with Transaction Cloud is that we are your authorized reseller in all countries for selling to the buyers.

2. Do we have to pay sales, VAT, GST taxes?

No, since Transaction Cloud is the seller to customers, it collects, files, and pays sales tax or VAT or GST to appropriate government entities worldwide.

3. What Products are not supported by Transaction Cloud?

Our marketplace platform does not support the following products or services:

  1. Physical products
  2. Donations, crowdfunding, advertising and sponsorship
  3. Resale of any product without a valid reseller certificate, and resellers of products associated with a high number of customers complaints
  4. Pornographic products or services
  5. Dating services/applications
  6. Betting related products
  7. Money transfer and financial services
  8. Firearms
  9. Travel booking
  10. Any product, service or activity which violates privacy, IP or copyright laws
  11. Age-restricted products or services
  12. Any product, service or activity that is deceptive, unfair, predatory, or prohibited by one or more Card Networks
  13. Any product or service that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, terms and conditions or trade secrets of any third party
  14. Any business or organization that violates the law Illegal products/services or any service providing support for engaging in illegal activities

4. Do we have to pay corporate income taxes in other countries or states due to the economic nexus created by our business relationship with buyers from that region?

No, Transaction Cloud's is your authorized reseller, hence we create an economic nexus in the region. Hence, we pay any corporate income taxes which might result from the economic nexus created due to selling to buyers from that region.

That said, your company is still liable to pay corporate income taxes in the country, state, province where your company is incorporated or has direct economic or physical nexus.

5. Whom does the buyer contact if there is an issue with our product?

As the product has been developed by you; any support, updates, customer complaints are your responsibility. This helps in maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Which countries are not supported by Transaction Cloud?

In accordance with international sanctions and regulations, Transaction Cloud doesn’t support customers and buyers from the following regions: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Liberia (Former Regime of Charles Taylor), Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe

7. How can I test the platform before I use it?

For that purpose, you can use our sandbox environment to check if the platform is suitable for their business.

8. I have some features that are not on the website, can you implement them?

Sure! As a company, we fully adapt to our clients. Just get in touch with us and tell us about your idea, and we will definitely find a solution for it.

9. Is the option for localized checkouts available?

Yes! Checkout is localized in various languages. Our system automatically decides which language to display based on the device settings of the user.

10. Does Transaction Cloud integrate with Woocommerce?

11. Do you support subscription-based sales models?

Yes. We support subscription management for multiple use-cases including monthly, annual and metered billing.

12. Which payment methods do you support?

All payment methods are available for both one-time products as well as subscription products.

Card payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, Hipercard, Tarjeta, Nativa, Argencard, Elo, Cencosud, Cabal, Diners Club International, UnionPay International, Maestro, RuPay, InteracCartes Bancaires

Wallet payment methods include Apple Pay and Google Pay

13. Why do I need to have a video call?

Video-call is for account verification and to better understand your use case and business model.

14. How long will it take to verify my account?

Once all the KYC documents are submitted and the verification call has been completed, it will take 1-2 business days for our team to verify your account.

15. Do you accept tax exemption certificate?

Customers can send us a scan of their sales tax exemption certificate, and then, upon providing (during transaction processing) their tax ID number, the tax will not be charged.
